I would give 1/2 star if I could. I was shocked at the rudeness of the staff here. She wanted me to wear a face mask...okay..whatever...she gave me one. The friend I was with made a joke and put it on his head first...that was funny....she had zero sense of humor....okay...can't take a joke? Too bad for you. Life is too short. Then when I found out that they don't have the Very Berry Hibiscus, I politely asked what they had similar. She then said "I won't take your order. " Because I asked a question? Wow. She told her staff not to as well. I did put on the mask for her before I asked my question....guess that's not good enough. Life is too short for such rudeness and I am so sorry that these people are so scared of life. Maybe they need to stop listening to the news.
Worst employees ever! Entitlement complex... bullies and sanctimonious. Grow up little [email protected] ... clean house here ... they're making you look bad.
Today I received arguably the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. Each person we interacted with was extremely rude.Not to mention we had 3 out of 4 items in our order and when the 4th item came out, instead of calling out my name, the barista wasted my time writing my name on the lid of the cup-which I did not ask for.
Always staffed well and ALWAYS have seen hustle here. I am from NY and appreciate the operation here. Great team. Friendly and relatively fast. Use the app… thats the only way to get her done ✔️ Coffee customers can be a tough crowd to please…
So good they are a little bit slow but I still love it
Lazy employees working there right now. Not calling your names after they made your drink ready. Youll pick it up on the counter and youll have find your name on each cups. I felt like im a bothersome to them as i came to order at the register and they were doing somethingelse. The lady at the regiester not saying thank you after paying and she got my coffee order incorrect.

Ordered a Carmel/Apple spice & 2 bagels. 1 cinnamon, & 1 plain...Toasted w/ cream cheese. Was given a Latte & MY DRINK ORDER WASN'T AVAILABLE. SO, I GOT A STRAWBERRY ACAI LEMONADE W/ 2 PUMPS OF CLASSIC SUGAR. WAS CHARGED $17+ & DIDNT GET DIFFERENCE FOR LATTE(NASTY). I DON'T DRINK COFFEE!!!
This is a lovely friendly Starbucks very convenient and comfortable, friendly staff and good vibes :)
