Not sure if all staff is on same page. I ordered a mocha frappe. Upon ordering i asked "do you put wjipped cream and chocolate drizzle on it", this is the way i always get it at all other locationd i have been to. Anyhow at pick-up window, no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. I asked the young lady at the window why they had not put it on she simply said "we dont do that". I asked her to please put some on, so she put whipped cream on it through the dome cap opening and squirted the chocolate thru the same opening into my drink???? Now i have my drink back and all this sticky coffee mixture and cream all over dripping down the cup. I was not happy when i looked down and saw it had dripped on my clothing and seat of the car. Not a good starbucks experience at this location...will not return here again. This location has been "X" on my list.
Great hangout area. Has private tables to work chat and the group chat table. Take out or sit outdoors in the sun. Great music taste and the coffee.
The location is terrible. Do not go to this drive-thru if you are healthy, and certainly do not visit if you have high blood pressure. It is not uncommon for several people to be waiting in line, only for someone to approach the line of cars from the side and demand to cut the line. Sometimes, you will have cutters approaching from two sides.
Drive thru gets intense
They Always make Mobile orders First so gotta wait for 20 minutes for a latte. top it off my brkfast sandwich didn't get heated up enough...Latte still not made by time they do me another sandwich. ridiculous. Make pepe in store, In Front of you the priority ...a little.
Disappointed, It was about 3:30 pm, I placed my order and stood to the side waiting and waiting until I realized NOONE was making my drink, I went back up to the counter and asked if anyone was going to make my drink as all the employees were standing around talking to each other. Not impressed with this location
I am not one to leave bad reviews if it is with one person in particular, or there is one thing not right if the soup is cold because I do not feel it is fair to the organization as a whole. This Starbucks covered all the electrical ports. This is not uniform across the board, so I have an expectation as a paying customer. Spending 18$ on food and drinks and now I can not even conduct any work because of no electricity.
Today’s Starbucks run was the best! Not only were they fast but Jasleen made the best latte I’ve had in a long time! The ratio of coffee to milk was prime ??Not only was she a great barista she was very friendly one and smile went a long way! #partnerofthequarter
I use the drive thru quit often so a month ago I showed up and it was closed I was disappointed I brevet its only open (the drive thru) 4 days out of the week now die to not having the proper staffing which BTW guys is happening alot of places so don't take it out on the employees that are actually working its not thiers fault. Employees are always upbeat and friendly this is my favorite location
Great service, good atmosphere. As what's expected from a Starbucks.
