Always rude at this location no customer service at all. So I chose to drive across town to the other one better service food is always fresh.
The food is good, but the customer service needs work. So far, all the females are rude. I have only had one good interaction at this location. However, if you don't care about that, their food is really good, most days. That is why they get two stars instead of one. I wish I remembered that employee's name. He was awesome.
Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches from the app and went to the Drive-thru to pick them up. I should have picked up inside the restaurant next time so I don't have to wait for almost 10 minutes.
Second time in a row I went at 8pm and they were closed when it says they're open Google. There were a bunch of employees inside but doors locked and drive thru coned off. Do better, update your web hours.

I was at your establishment last night about 7:45PM.I would like to complement the staff and especially the manager at that time as he actually made my day with his kindness. Very refreshing. I also compliment you on the chicken was very good!
Spicy chicken tenders and red beans and rice, you can thank me later! I've gotten it for years but hadn't tried it in a long time. Was very please with the speed of service and the product itself.
This is the 3rd time we have visited this location and each time we have went they have forgotten my food but gave the rest of the order. Tonight is the last time we will be eating here.
