If you are looking for quick and consistently good Mexican food in Oceanside, then I'd recommend Pollos Maria. The food is always great (I don't eat chicken, but I can recommend everything else). This place is fast casual. The service is always great, the people are friendly, the restaurant is always very clean and they have excellent salsa options! It's not fancy, but definitely great food and excellent prices!
I've never had a bad meal in the past 20 years of going here. The women in charge are serious about making things perfect with their customers. Best type of small business you can be.
Carne asada burritos!
Walked in restaurant sat down at table waited 20 minutes no one said anything to me, I had to call restaurant and try to order them they told me I have to order at counter and then have a seat, employees were very rude not a place where I would spend my money again, restaurant needs customer service where someone can communicate with the customer this is not a place where customer feels appreciated all employees needs people skills retraining to communicate with the customer
We love it! Some of the best Carne Asada fries around…. I know they sell chicken, but trust me.
Enchiladas were not good. Chicken was in huge chunks, barely any sauce on it, and no toppings but a tiny bit of cheese.Wouldnt order again :/
