Gave me ham instead of bacon,burnt it and didn't put enough fat on the pan so it was dry
Customer service was awesome. The crust was a little more on the cardboard side than eating side.
The medium (spicy level) buffalo wings were far too hot for anyone in our home to eat so they went to waste. It appears that the sauces got mixed up as we have been getting medium wings for at least the past year and love them every other time we have gotten them. Please provide us with a refund for the cost of the wings.
The pizza was bland and had almost no cheese. Did Pizza hut change their recipe because this is definitely did not taste like the pizza hut we usually get
Stop having it to be a social media portal for neighboring kids. Cashier and cooks were too busy giving their Instagram account to customers to follow them. My order was skimpy and cold. I waited in the contact less spot several minutes finally went inside to notice why my pizza took too long to get to my car. Social media partying I side the store. Only 1 pizza waiting in the hot box....mine.
Quicker service and correct order delivered missed a 2 liter took over a hour too get one delivered after main order was delivered
I would like to see the employees wear mask to make the experience more secure for me. Especially at the register when the employee talks directly to me. The lobby/waiting is small enclose area where sometimes up to 6 people are waiting for their orders. Last time, I did not get inside and I have to go back home and order from somewhere else.
My order contained very little to no cheese at all on most of the pie. The chicken whilst plentiful, was very rubbery and there was almost no bacon present.
The pizza was not worth the money. It was just ok. Employees were nice.
Send a fork with the pasta. The next time will be the last time I order from Pizza Hut.
