Pizza taste was good. Disappointed in the amount of pepperoni. Restaurant staff was nice and friendly.
I was extremely disappointed with the price of pizzas and the quality that you get. Got a really flimsy, soggy pizza with pepperoni that tasted off. Waste of $36 and an upset stomach. Staff was friendly but will not be back.
I ordered for delivery, I was told the order would take 40 minutes when in fact it took about an hour. We paid over $40 for two pizzas that looked like they had been thrown around. We called the store because this was outrageous. We spoke to the manager, Ethan, he was very responsive, courteous, and was able to resolve our issue swiftly. This delivery was the absolute worse we have ever had with papa johns. The only reason this is getting two stars is because Ethan was able to resolve our issue promptly.
If I could give you 0 stars I would. My husband and I placed an order at 6:12. It is now 7:42 with no contact. There is nowhere on your site or app to track our order....even though your add for your app says you can track the order. We have tried to call the store 4 times and it's like the number doesn't exist. The phone rings but no one answers. After a minute of waiting out the rings, our phone cuts the call like the number doesn't exist. We have been charged for our pizza and would like our money back since we never got our freaking pizza! This is not ok. I used to like you guys. What a bummer
Don’t even bother doing an online order unless you’re willing to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot. They’ll tell you to leave the store and they have no patience or customer service skills telling you to wait out in the cold.

This place actually shows up not like Domino's! I ordered from them and they never showed. This place was fast on delivery and food was bomb on new years eve!!! I was impressed as I expected to wait a long time. FORGET ABOUT DOMINO'S And go here.
Great store with fantastic customer service. The guy behind the counter was generous with the butter sauce and banana peppers. Pizza came out great and the app worked well too. Its a shame their parking lot and shopping center is littered with homeless. Just kind of made picking up the pizza a little uncomfortable. Over all great experience.
Literally waited over an hour and still no pizza even though our email receipt said 39 mins to get our pizza. I called and asked for an update and was told they would get the order to us in about 45 mins because they are short staffed and the time estimate in the email was incorrect. I had to cancel my order because we were hungry and didn’t want to wait 2 hours. All they said was “sorry about that”. Horrible
Had to wait a lot longer on delivery than expected when I called to fix the issue Assistant Manager Deanna was amazing. She fixed this issue very quickly and was very sweet. I will be ordering again from this location just because of her!
