Went for a Family Pack ordered string bean chicken, orange chicken, egg rolls for entrees and was grossed out when we got half way through the string bean container worse part was we were asked to wait 10 mins as they didn’t have any cooked atm so you would think they wouldn’t give me the left over left in pan and put newly cooked string bean chicken on top.
Normally about this time most food is ready.Did have to wait about 5-6 min.. no big deal.. fresh food.. I'm ok with that..what annoyed me is employees handing out food to others b4 customers that have been waiting ... wasn't just one or two.. it was three .... now I. Waiting about 10-13 minBecause no one was paying attention
Manager very rude...only wanted to retrieve my cell that I forgot in ladies room. So very rude, yelling, I would never recommend this one
The manager was extremely rude and aggressive towards me for no apparent reason. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. I would advise anyone to take their hard earned money elsewhere. China Fusion is less than a mile away and they have better food with superior service.
I normaly eat Panda at this location, not any more!Had to wait in line for a bit as usual, no problem. Get to the cashier and she is trying to give me a receipt from the previous customer. After I paid she handles me the bag with the to go plate sideways. I decided to opened it and sure enough, food was everywhere inside the box. She redid the plate herself with attitude and did not put the same amount of food as before. Told her that I wanted my money back due to way she treated customers. She did give me the money in cash and said thanks.
I got 6 plates to go and only one cookie. ?
Not lacking anything, just a Panda Express with good service.
I've tried to order via Postmates from this Panda Express twice and both times it has waited 30 min then just canceled my order. I'm not sure if that's a postmates problem or PE but any other restaurant I order from PM they don't cancel. They're closer to my house and if I could go in I would but I can't so I order from the further Panda Express on Postmates and it always works. ?♀️
Hands down the best Panda in San Diego county. Fried rice has lots of egg pieces, sweet and sour is perfectly balanced, grilled chicken is super juicy, orange chicken is crunchy, and orange sauce is nice and thick! Excellent all around!
They asked me if I could wait for the wontons and I said yeah, but then when I finally get them they have no sauce for them...why not lead with that info? Why did you give the lady infront of me an extra one if there was only two left...disappointing....gah
