I love their chow mein with honey walnut shrimp. Their prices are not too bad either.

If I could give it a negative star I would. Stood in a line of two people in front of us that took forever. When they were done, finally all the things we wanted were out. But he said the kung po chicken was about to come out. We said OK will take that along with whatever we’re having. So we saw them come out with a Kung Pow chicken put it in our containers and then continue to put together the order of this guy four people AFTER us. I kept telling them our food is right there can we please pay for it and go and they looked at me, heard me and chose to ignore me. We are never coming back for your shrunken portions served cold with neglect and obvious hostility. Panda Express you failed.
This Panda Express is by far the BEST in North County. You walk in and get that first smell of the delious food being prepared. I have tried most all of their menu, but I always end up with the Double Orange Chicken on noodles. The employee that took our orders was quick and polite, she had our food plated, asked if we wanted any additional sides, and two Fortune Cookies and drink rung up, and was waiting on us to pay. Jokingly, my girlfriend asked if they had a Senior Discount? Our server replied No, sorry Panda Express doesn't offer one, then she smiled and said to us, but I can give you a discount on the soda. This is exactly the reason this Panda Express restaurant is #1, it's their commitment to their customers. The lunch was perfect, the food was freshly prepared, the serving size was ample, and the quality was above their standard. In all, the tables were clean, so was the soda station, it had straws, lids, forks and was spotless and shiny. I was once again very pleased with my meal and happy to make this review of this exceptional restaurant.100% EXCELLENT RESTAURANTI must apologize for not remember our order takers name, she deserves a big thank you from me for her kindness. Next time I'll post her name, now I have a reason to go back!
The worst experience ever and I can tell that they don’t even know what customer service is . I have work in panda for a year and this location is so unprofessional. It’s really sad to see that the manger and employees don’t care About the customer

Throughout my years of going to this restaurant I have always received excellent service and excellent food as well, would highly recommend to other people.
Who ever the Manger is of the location should be fired immediately. I brought my family to eat on my way to the beach and he took the order rush every order we made and didn't add forks. Absolutely no class at all I hope he's fired soon. There are lovely people in this area that would love to have his postion I'm sure he is very ungrateful for the position he carries I wonder how he even became Manger. His team member Apologized for him. Absolute clown.
