May is the worst manager ever. Seriously NO PRIDE in servicing military members. She makes the employees serve the tiniest portions as well. She stops the cooks at 8pm so if they run out before close she doesn’t care. I highly recommend taking the extra 5 min and driving off base. I can get double the amount for the same price just going off base. When I ask her for more she tells me yes if she can “double charge” yet it isn’t even a full portion. Don’t even bother asking her to make/cook anything after 8pm because she will have the biggest attitude. It’s a shame how little she cares to serve. She doesn’t even include the fortune cookies which is part of the purchase ?This has happened multiple times and is my last time returning. People should continue reporting her so there can be real change in management.
My husband ordered a three portion meal and the lady that was working only gave him rice. Their teriyaki chicken was burnt also.
Eight dollars is expensive for burnt orange chicken ended up throwing it in the trash don’t appreciate it I wasted money teach new employees how to cook food properly and count money properly after taking an order I did not get my amount of change back that I was supposed to
Arrived at 845pm for that delicious orange chicken and their door was locked. The door said 10am-9pm for the hours. I knocked on the door and the manager said they were closed. I asked why the hours say 9pm on the door. The manager walked way and ignored me. I then walked into the Subway and asked the 6 people in line if they had intended to get Panda Express, they all said yes! This means the manager of Panda, who defied corporate policy and base policy to close early, cheated the owner of this store out of at least 7 customer's money. What makes it worse is that this Panda is on military installation and all the customers were probably getting off work and rushing to get panda prior to closing at 9pm.
I absolutely love their dishes and service, good location nearby to my residence. The cashiers are always very kind. Will come visit again.
I eat here a bunch, pretty solid but watch out if the manager serves you (lady in the black shirt) you may get smaller portions as she is strict with them.
Great American Chinese food
It was all right. Didn’t get enough for what I paid for because they were running out of food. They need to speak up with their masks on cause I couldn’t hear ish.
