Best Banh Mi sandwiches I have ever had. Always super nice and quick too!
This place used to be great, but they changed management. Food is only mediocre now. We gave it a second chance today and the food is still mediocre and they forgot our order! We waited over an hour before finally asking for a refund to go somewhere else. They only hustled and got our food ready after we asked for a refund. Never coming here again.EDIT: I did come here today. My order was called in at 11am. I had to wait until 12:10 until my order was finally ready at the threat of refund. Don't listen to the owner's response. The fact that they're refusing to apologize for their mistake says it all.
I am always on the hunt for some bun Bo hue. I saw on the Google picture that they had some and it looked really good so I ordered it spur of the moment. It seem like they were super busy when I got there so I did not mind the wait. I live an hour away so when I got home and was preparing my food I was a little disappointing to know that I did not get all the fixings from the soup. There was only two types of meat that was in there not all of the pork that usually is in the soup. I was really hoping that they had all the fixings sent it looked really good. Flavor wise it was pretty delicious.
Really nice atmosphere, and very authentic food. Everything I had was delicious, and on par for best Vietnamese food I've had. Great place to eat at.
5 on the food; fantastic lyrics delicious!!! 4 on the service, (I think we had a language barrier), I don't eat pork. The shrimp spring rolls are the best I've had. Definitely we'll be back. My new favorite. If you use GPS it will take to the suite next door (H R Block)
Greetings Googlers, I was having a Banh Mi craving and decided to come back to this place since the last time I came their sandwich was on point, however this time it was not. This was due to the paste they put in there. They put too much in there which ended up overwhelming the rest of the sandwich. It was not my cup of tea. I also ordered their egg rolls and was pleasantly surprised at how they came out. The outer shell had the right amount of crunch and when paired with the sauce made my meal worth the trip. I’ll have to go back to see if it was just the one cook that made the sandwich and hope I get what I’m looking for.
This beautiful gem has been consistent every time! The clean ingredients and flavors pull through. Will definitely be visiting for many moons! Thank you for the authenticity of your establishment and the kindness of your staff!
(previous 5-star)ND is a great Vietnamese sandwich joint. Traditional ingredients, which can be customized on order, but the baguettes they make are incredible. The bread, IMO, is what makes a great sandwich. Light friendly service at the order counter and always accommodating. I've had everything on the menu so far and honestly worth everyone penny.(3-star update). New management it seems. Nice decor, but sandwiches are skimp and plain. Bread isn't as fresh as before, and no smiles from the staff. I gave it a few tries, but still the same. Bummer.
The spring rolls are excellent and a good value. The Pho is delicious and the staff is friendly.
We have been coming here for years, because their bahn mi, egg rolls and thai tea are the best in the area! But I just had their phon and again it's definitely the best in the area too!!! I have had pho at so many other restaurants in Oceanside and their broth had hardly any flavor that we had to add hoisin and sriracha to get any flavor. ND Bahn Mi's pho was so delicious and flavorful! They were already my go to sandwich place, and now they'll be my go to pho place as well!!!
