Sando is life changing, wings are unbelievable! any negative reviews or comment must be jealous competitors!
Was really excited to try Naegi. Ordered the Egg Salad and Ebi with Hand Roll sandos. Everything was delicious.
For the low price the food is great. Not a fan of the aioli (too citrusy) on the chicken sando but other than that it's fantastic. It's also really good if you get their pickels and put them on the sandwich. Their Onigiri is flavorful but ugly, ours was just a mashed up meat/rice/nori ball with no real shape/aesthetic. The egg salad sando was disappointing if you've ever had the ones from Japan. The karaage is great. Overall I enjoy eating here and will continue my support.
The chicken karaage sandwich is going to make this place famous, and everything else is very good as well. Trust me, try it.
The food is fresh and I enjoyed the chicken sandwich on the milk bun. The potato salad was amazing (and I'm so glad it doesn't have celery).
I've tried coming here since it first opened and it's always closed. About 3-4 times already and I've given up. The latest sign posted at the door on 6/17/21 says the floor is drying. I've verified the hours before heading over and even tried calling the place. I'll take my business elsewhere.At this rate this business won't be earning a Michelin star.
It's a pop up, great karaage. The wings were great.
Way too salty. I really wanted to enjoy this place. But the sandwich was smothered in a sauce that had too much salt, the chicken breading was soggy not crispy at all, maybe I came on a bad day or something, but like Chuck D says: Don't believe the hype!
Holy YUM. I stopped by on a whim while on a walk and I got a delicious dinner out of it. The legs were pretty big, and the seasoning is fantastic.
This pop-up from Chef William is a not to be missed experience. Just opened, they are serving karaage, sandos and even a colab sando using Wrench & Rodents smoked opah.
