Great service for the most part. The fountain drink I received had some type of liquid on the side that almost looked like blood. Instead of replacing the entire drink including the cup the customer service representative poured the drink from the same cup into a new one. When I informed her there was liquid on the side and it could contaminate my new drink, she explained that it was because she touched the ice cream machine. I'm not dead yet so....far so good.
They dont answer phones, got my order wrong, called them for a while, i even applied multiple times, even walked in, probably management don't care at all, their communication skills lack a lot. If they want motivated people in a spot that isnt persistant, why even have a sign that says "hiring now". It feels like they judge a book by its cover to fast. Very dissapointed.
Bad fries super slow drive thru not worth the wait. Forgot a beverage and waited forever for it. This location is not good
They have two drive through areas. One drive through area was taking twice as many cars as the other one. When I got to the window after waiting for 5 cars who were behind me get through and order, I still had to park and wait for my simple order
Deals on the mobile app make the prices reasonable again and the food IS good... probably due to local ownership. They even are putting char on the burgers again!Now, if they would just extend the breakfast menu all day again.?
Ordered ice cream and cookies, they gave me the ice cream and had me park for the cookies. 15 minutes later not cookies. This was before 9pm and the lobby was locked. No one would answer the door nor the phone. Not worried about the dollar but the principal...
Entered to an empty house. Not one person dining inside. Went past the optional diy order wall straight to the counter. A person with a head set said they would be with me momentarily. 15 seconds later this person scoots past me (no eye contact) and points at the 2 diy order walls and tells me to submit my order there. The worst treatment I have personally seen ever of a customer anywhere. As I attempted to navigate thru this stupid order wall another customer enters goes straight to the counter, orders, and walks out with food and a coffee. I was so disappointed I walked out. Drive thru may work better but my experience as a dine in customer was horrible and one I will never attempt at this location again. I will suggest to every one reading this review to not waste your time and just simply move on to any other establishment for dining.
This McDonald's is always busy. You have to wait if you order is for more than 2 people. Friendly staff. Usually, will mix up an order if you mess up, so know what you're ordering.
Took about 5 minutes for them to actually take my order as I sat in front of the mic in the drive thru, I order and pay but when I get to the food window they say the machine has been broken and they will give me a smoothie instead. I say sure and then I have to pull up and wait 10 more minutes for them to figure out how to make a smoothie and I get a mango juice instead of a smoothie. The employee wouldn’t take it back and fix it after I said I wasn’t pleased with this substitute and walked off.
Great, fast service but the quality of food is terrible. That's totally on the standardized menu and supplies. Would I return? Yes bc it's one of the fastest locations and our kids love happy meals.
