Rude Rude Rude! The guy at the drive through is rude. (But he was working the front today and also taking drive through orders ) He cant seem to answer any questions. When you ask something he says I dont know! And acts like your bothering him. I asked to speak to a manager and the guy started yelling at me through the drive through window, with my kids in the car!!!!
Worst drive thru. I got a whole lot of order. No condiments, no plastic ware, no straws. How do I eat pancakes with no syrup and butter? I’m not driving back 5miles to get these things that were supposed to be there already.
I don't usually write reviews but I was highly dissatisfied with this mcd... in fact while I was eating here there was more than three other customers complaining already... place is dirty and they forgot to do my two iced coffees... they're not good on taking orders they're not accurate either...☹️
Went through drive thru. Had to wait for a Special Order. Didn't find out that their system went down, until after about 15 minutes, when the girl came out to explain it to another customer who had been waiting longer than I was. She had to reorder her items all over again and was waiting even after I left.Someone or manager should have gotten out in front of it and explained it to the waiting customers.
Each time I go through the drive through, the coffee prices change. I've been here in the area for barely a month. First time, the coffee was 1.15, next time it was 2.29, three days ago it was 1.10, today the employee said it would be 2.47!! That's a lot of changes in less than one month, and it's all over the place price wise. What is the reason?!!? McDonald's coffee all across the country is around 1.16. Why is this McDonald's different? Why are the prices so weird?
Every time I have been going to any McDonalds food orders have been completely wrong or food is cold… apple slices were hot.. fries cold and missing nuggets from my sons order… it is truly been bad every time… hire people who know how to get things right
You guys really suck! My quarter pounder had one one inch slice of onion 1 minuscule amount of ketchup and no lettuce blow this place off and go to another McDonald's
First of all, we never decided to give our hard earned money to this place, because of the ignorant and rude lady that works there. I JUST walked out of the door with my family and started typing this review. First of all, the WHOLE POINT to getting the vaccines, were so that you were supposed to be protected from the virus; meaning no more pesky masks that make it difficult to breath. This uneducated and uniformed lady said that we needed masks. When I stated that vaccines were the pretty much the whole point as to why we shouldn't have wear it one, she said no. We MUST wear a mask in order to be inside. They won't be receiving my business or money EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Ridiculously pathetic!!! This is the ONLY PLACE that seems to have a problem with it, or excuse me SHE'S THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS A PROBLEM WITH IT!!!!!!!
I ordered through the app. Got 3 burgers and 2 fries, nothing too crazy. It was about 9:30 at night. It took 15 minutes to get my food. When they finally brought it out, no explanation and no apology.
Sometimes you just have to have a burger and fries. This McDonald's is efficient. The staff are quick and helpful. The food was fresh and hot. I'm happy. ☺️
