I came to eat with my husband and children. I order parillada deMariscos, meat and chicken I do understand things got more expensive however I got more vegetables than meats I would off appreciate to pay higher but to have enough meat. My husband order the mojara frita and it was not as taste. The only reason I am putting a 4 because the staff where nice and friendly.
I love this place, don't get me wrong. some of the best seafood in oceanside. I only give it one less star because my service was not so great. i get it . its a sunday and people are busy but it just seemed like we were an after thought. the food was spectacular! just the service was little lacking.... ;( , I won't stop going here! thats for sure
porque estaba comiendo con mis hijos y luego mi niña más chica me preguntó porque un mesero está tomando en sus horas de trabajo....no se mira bien que un mesero este tomando en sus horas de trabajo así puede pasar accidentes que el caldo son calientes y puede regar en algún cliente y causar quemaduras...????
This is amazing food..! Our family enjoyed some of the best food on our vacation to Oceanside CA ... I'm so glad we visited Mariscos tonight !! ? thanks for great service and amazing food ? ?Highly recommend ?
As a food critic, this place is one of (if not the worst) food I have had as a whole. I ordered the lobster enchiladas; garbage. No flavor, very little lobster, and texture was as if you are eating soup. The oysters were warm; big indicator that they were frozen then warmed. Not to mention, they can’t tell you where the oysters are from. I dislike beans a lot; this being said, the beans is the only thing I ate on the main dish. I will admit, the Cucaracha’s, had really good flavor. As far as the kids meal, I order the 3 taquitos vs the kids 2 taquitos due to the fact the later was cheaper. Long story short, all that came with these 3 rolled tacos was flavorless guacamole. For the poor food, the price was terrible!! I would not eat at this place again!
The chicken tacos are amazing, especially with the green serrano hot sauce. It's also awesome that they do NOT use plastic straws! :D
Google states they’re open until 11:00pm when we arrived at 9:20pm they stayed they closed at 9:00pm, and that they did t know why google had it at 11. It sounds like they were aware of the 11:00pm posting and had not rectified it. Shame on them. This place closes at 9:00pm!!!
Best fish tacos we have found in San Diego! Family owned. A few tables for outdoor seating. We eat there every week.
Good food and good price. $38 for hey carnitas plate with rice, beans, guacamole, fish taco, shrimp civiche, 2 beers. Everything had good size portions and was very fresh.
AMAZING!!Came on a Sunday (08/08/2021). Plenty of parking. Was seated at a table with menu's. The waitress came promptly and courteously to ask us what we'd like to drink. She also served us a basket of chips and a very delicious salsa. We ordered two large shrimp (camarón) cócteles as well as a fried shrimp (camarónes empanizados) plate. The cóctel was super fresh and cold. Loaded and I mean LOADED with fresh juicy shrimps, cucumber, cilantro, onion, avocado, tomato and an amazingly superb cóctel juice. Absolutely amazing. The fried shrimp plate was so big! Salad, rice, beans, tortillas and 6 large breaded and fried shrimps. The service was perfect and the food was amazing. This is definitely the perfect spot for any and all your mariscos needs. ( to hungry to take pictures of our food!)
