Inside it looks nice. Menu is not easy to read. Owner didn’t help much in explaining the menu and the specials they have. Food is barely okay. Tasted bland. This plate is $13. It is way overpriced! Plates were inconsistently made. My plate came out looking the best. My family’s other plates didn’t look like mine. We didn’t have a bad experience with customer service. But I can definitely see how people had bad experiences here. You don’t feel welcomed when you walk in. They just take your order and they never speak to you again. I would not recommend this place, nor would I come back.
Delicious. I've been here a couple of times while visiting the area and always enjoy. The place is clean with friendly staff. No issues with seating. Today I was in the mood for birria tacos. So good. I complimented the tacos with consommé, pickled onions, and pickled carrots. The compliments but the tacos on a whole new level. I have to go back next time I visit.
Quite disappointing. The food was old and could tell definitely reheated. I asked for a simple bean,cheese,chorizo and sour cream burrito and the guy from the register was not able to deliver even that. The burrito had no sour cream and like 2 pounds of beans and very little chorizo. Also ordered some gorditas and they were absolutely stale and not fresh. I tried calling to let them know how disappointing their food is and got no answer after 3 tries I came to leave a review instead. You’re better off going to Taco Bell, it will be more tasty and not as expensive.
This place has horrible customer service. We ordered through door dash and our order was incomplete upon arrival. We called Los Tacos and the phone call was taken by a female, who's name she wouldn't state. I explained to her that our order was incomplete and all she had to say is "What do you want me to do about it?! I can't do anything!" I went on to tell her that this was not okay. We paid for certain food items that were not delivered. After that, she hung up on me. I tried calling back and the phone would be answered just to be hung up again. Not only was this terrible customer service, but this was also extremely rude. We will not be ordering from this place again.
Ordered The Local +guac and was disappointed. The adobada meat was like dry jerky slices very chewy, and fries were uncrispy and made up most of the 12 dollar burrito and the tortilla still had a raw flour taste. Overall just bad and so was the sauces in their salad bar. However despite everything their limes were fresh so thumbs up for that, but I still wouldnt even go back to try the carne asada burrito to establish a baseline
Food was delicious, and really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff at this restaurant.
They only have mini tacos for the price of a regular ? taco. 3 roll tacos for 11.00 not a fair price for what we received.

The chef is a veteran chef of 17 years and you can taste it in the food! Amazing!
Fairly disappointed in this place after reading some of the previous reviews. While it is clean and appealing and the staff friendly and efficient I found the Tacos seriously lacking. I got the 5 for $10 special with Tacos al Pastor. The meat was dry and flavorless, the tortillas too thick and kinda raw.Maybe I'll get a chance to give it a second go but I just wasn't impressed at all.
