Stopped in to buy a drink and the girl at the counter was curt and dismissive. Told me someone else would help me at the register. I walked down to the register only to be met by her rudeness when I told her which size I wanted. She then slams the cup upside down on the counter (let us remember that we are in a pandemic!!!) and I picked the next cup as it was in reach. She proceeds to charge me for 2 drinks, so I inform her of her misstep and pay for my drink. That was too much terrible energy for a $3 fountain drink!If I wasn't a Jersey Mike's fan before...
Very DisappointingThe Two Girls working there have the poorest and worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced in jersey mikes I’ve been to jersey mikes a million times came to ocean side to visit my father , decided to drop byhere and buy dinner for the fam bam the white girl and the Filipino girl working there have one of the most boring and unwelcoming faces ever ! I asked one simple question after ordering 3 Sandwiches .Hey there quick question the Number 31 does it carry cheese they both looked at each other confused and looked back read the menu and said Yes it does while the Filipino Girl rolled her eyes. …. Like really ….?Real Deal get those BORING people outta there it’s a shame to even buy food from these two Not welcoming can’t even know the menu well and gets a “frustrated “ look because I said no cheese ?Sad . .. obviously they hate their jobs
Once again I find myself back at Jersey Mikes for the sheer fact there sando’s are always tasty, From start to finish one of there employees specifically “OTTO” crushed it on every aspect of customer service plus this is one of the best ones I’ve had over there!! Dude needs a raise 100%I appreciate you guys keep putting quality food out, this is a Jersey Mikes Honey Hole #1 in North County!!!
Offers a large selection of freshly made-to-order sandwiches. Parking is behind the restaurant. The prices may be a bit high, but it's worth it for the quality.
Worst experience I have ever had. I love Jersey mikes. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. The person making my sandwich put on her gloves poorly, had her mask halfway off, didn’t listen to my order in the slightest, cut the sandwich poorly, REOPENED IT to add the sauces after cutting, and cut through the bag. I’m not sure if she was high, hungover, or just had a bad attitude but I’ve never had such poor customer service. I will never go back to this jersey mikes. I went there Saturday afternoon and she had a piercing between her eyes on the bridge of her nose.
Honestly the girl who made the sandwich was high and I had to repeat several times which veggies I wanted, mask was basically not covering the face, put wayyyyy too much mayo, forgot that I asked it mikes way, sloppy bacon placement, had to open it back up, made it soggy, rolled her eyes - didn’t leave a tip, would most likely not come back.
Great staff always friendly and and nice great team work my go to place for lunch!
The sandwich I got was very good. The crew was very loud and obnoxious very unprofessional representation.
Used the Jersey Mike's app to order the food. The first time after ordering everything the app froze at the payment section. Had to start from the beginning and reorder everything one more time. This time it worked; so I thought. Sandwiches were ready in 13 minutes. Open the bag and it wasn't what I ordered. Still ate half of our Sandwiches and I took the rest back to the restaurant. Spoke with the manager and showed him my receipt, and with out hesitation he said let me get two new Sandwiches. I was very pleased by his response and this time the food was prepared as I wanted. There was a problem with the app, that was the first time that has ever happened. I was given two new Sandwiches and was on my way in 20 minutes. Five stars for customer service and satisfaction. I was a bit worried how this was going to play out, but Jersey Mike's was the best. They value the customer and that was obvious with the kindness and professionalism show to me that day. As for the food, it was excellent and prepared to my liking.
Love the original Italian sub. Got to ask for extra juice! The juice makes it great! Good buy one get one free coupon in the buy one get one free book that comes in the mail.?
