Love smoothies, love ordering on the app. Jamba management you need to hire more employees or robots! Staff is so swamped that they don't allow the smoothies to blend long enough, more like chunkies than smoothies! They have no support during the critical afternoon snack time. Figure out the root cause or you'll lose enthusiastic customers like us!

It’s 4:41 PM on a Friday afternoon stopped in to get a smoothie for my child that just had his wisdom teeth pulled. Checked the website ahead of time to make sure it was open. Website said 5 PM. I get here the door is locked, I checked the sign on the door it also says 5 PM. Lady at the counter looks at me and looks away. Now I don’t have time to go to another Jamba juice pretty sure I won’t be coming back to this location again too bad we came here all the time.

It’s the second time I’ve been to this location and I feel the need to inform the company that you have someone very rude on the register. She has a short wine-colored hair. Seems to be between her 30-40s. She was wearing her airpods while attending the register, always answers any questions like she wants to kill me. I’m even scared of asking anything. You guys have a great company, I love Jamba Juice. But please, hire someone else. This location literally just lost me cuz of this extremely rude employee. She clearly doesn’t want to work there, so make her life better and find someone who actually appreciates working in a beautiful and delicious place like this.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences I've been to this location and unlike the other locations that come off cold and dead. This location has REAL character and soul. We all to take a moment to pause to think the labor shortage that every business is experiencing and then think; 'How is it the owner keeps doing this cause I'd be in Belize enjoying the sun vs dealing some ride no leaving tip ungrateful customers'. I've worked in the food industry and it's b*tch and that was before the this work shortage. I applied ownership and the leadership she's accrued. Y'all killing it!! I will continue to come for Mango-A-Go-Go and Strawberry Surf Rida' (which I thought of Beyonce's 'Drunk in Love' and I thought might to mix them together. Bet that would be heaven).

Bad customer service. When in at 10 no good Morning. Other working cane in they didn't even greet eachother. Where's the Team work. No good.

Showed up at 1:15 on a Wednesday. The sign said “sorry, we are closed and will open in a few hours.” Meanwhile there are 2 employees in there. I hand signaled “how many hours?” She shrugged her shoulders and didn’t have any intent of conversing with me. I run into Albertsons, and drive by, now it’s open. 10 minutes later. I buy some stuff, she tells me the system was down.

Should have returned both strawberry surf riders they were just wrong, No flavor, I think they forgot the sherbet or some major ingredients because these taste aweful. I will not be going to this location again. Ugh should have tried these before I left, do diaappointed.

Good smoothie! Slow service! One person with a attitude taking their time to make smoothies and run the register. Watched plenty of customers come in and out after waiting an extensive amount of time.

Stood in the store for five minutes without being acknowledged. The lady with the short hair could not care less that people are waiting and her one coworker with zero personality or urgency is trying to crank out orders. Don’t waste your time with these people. They do not care.

It seems like management is poor in this specific Jamba Juice, always leaving people understaffed here. Jamba Juice I’m sure makes A LOT of money so I am sure they can afford to hire more people. This is ridiculous and even pre covid this location was understaffed. There was seriously only one person working and I counted 8 people behind me. I felt bad for the employee. Please hire more people :)
