This store is hard to get to because of how it’s situated you need to make u turns to get in and out. Now the dining room is closed to boot. I won’t be going there anymore.
I went to the drive through on Saturday on January 8. 2022 at 4 p. m. and ordered the one Jumbo Jack with 2 slices of American cheese, one small size French Fries, one 15 quantity Fully Loaded Tiny Tacos Box, one Vanilla Sweet Cream Iced Coffee and one slice of New York Style Cheesecake. My total was $22.24. I paid Oscar at the pick up window in Cash. Everything I ate like the Jumbo Jack Burger with American Cheese was very Juicy and delicious! The Tiny Tacos were crispy and was very flavorful. The French Fries great. The New York Style Cheesecake was very creamy, rich was very delicious! Oscar this employee was friendly and personable to me.I highly recommend this Oceanside location.
It's the only fast food I'll go to. Love their variety, prices and the food is good.
Went tonight Wed at 6PM just to get Milk Shakes. They were out of Cherries for the top BUT did not say when ordering or when paying. Called when I got home since everyone was disappointed. Manager who answered could have cared less & did not offer free one on next visit.Line was over 15mins & poorly run. Just send someone to store to get cherries till you get your order.Worst was he did not apologize or even attempt to make the wasted trip right.
Went by there and they were closed. Which I was doing a door dash. I sat in the parking lot for about 20 minutes and they where open . they cost me 11.50 that I could not pick up my order

Was told we couldn’t add any condiments to a grilled cheese even though we have ordered it with the extra condiments in the past. Also ordered curly fries and we got regular fries instead. The tacos where also cold. Quality has has gone down over the years.

This Jack in the Box is my favorite. They are not only liberal and generous with their servings and use of the restroom, but on several occasions, the manager has brought me breakfast while I was wishing blessings on passersby! Always accurate, always tasty.
Food is always hot and fresh associates friendly.
