EBT USERS BEWARE of drive thru there is an employee here that will ask you for your EBT card pin. My card was “declined” (even though i just used it at the market) he kept asking me to just give him my pin, he then used the excuse that the cable was not log enough for me to put the pin in myself, once again asking for my pin. Once i said to cancel my order and i would try at my local jack since i have no problems there he said to try again and then my card magically worked… ?
Line did not move at all for almost 10 minutes. Once I finally placed my order I got my food fairly quickly but my taco was completely cold and the curly fries were terrible. I've driven 10 minutes before eating and still had warm tacos other times. Was working so couldn't go back. Went back to working still hungry ty Jack in the box.
isnt Bout me however funny story so day after Thanksgiving im hitting up jack in th box .Two cars in front of me first car leaves.I assume they ordered. Guy in front keeps going hello hello,he honks i honk noresponse.I back up to try an see what the hd up is. Looks like no one is there. I exist my car and walk to drive up window. NO ONE HOME. OK FINE TACO BELL ACROSS STREET LOOKS OPEN. I TELL DUDE NO ONE THERE.By time i round corner two more cars are in line. So i tell them no one is there. Then he informs me TACO BELL SAID THEY RAN OUT OF FOOD!!!! OK WELL NOTE TO SELF JA C KS CLOSED DAY AFTER,HOWEVER NEXT TIME REMEMBER TO TURN OFF ORDER BOARD WHICH WAS LIT UP AS IF U GUYS WERE TAKING ORDERS. PLAZA DR lol and Taco bell to b able to be competitive cant run out of food ,JUST AROUND MIDNITE OR BROWN SUGAR. U FIGURE OUT THE LAST SENTENCE ITS IN A ? SONG
BEWARE! Do not make a mobile order and pay before you arrive to this store. They close randomly as they see fit and accept the order mobily and charge with no one at the location.

I like how they're open a lot earlier than most other fast food restaurants.
Place was pretty empty but employees are nice and food was quick
Good food... Drive up was 5 minutes so wasn't a big deal
