Yo if you guys are short staffed or we can come in apprecite a sighn in the window saying so or a sighn that's just drive through only like common sense here
Worst restaurant ever dirty kitchen, long queue and rude waiters, a complete lack of respect towards customers and service providers.
Went in, as drive thru was very crowdedOrdered with the manager, who had complete , attitude. As if he was doing me a favor to take my order. Suffice to say, not the best experience!
November 11th 2021 1:48 am. I drive up, a Hispanic woman is rushing to place yellow wet floor signs in the drive through so I cannot drive in. Then she rushes to close and lock the store doors. I park and call the store. She answers and I ask why is the drive through barricaded if it clearly says open 24 hours. She tells me they are on their break and the store will not reopen until 3am. I say all the employees are on their break at the same time for the next hour and fifteen minutes? She says yes. I ask if I call corporate and ask them if this is normal operations protocol will they agree, she says go ahead call them. I ask for her name, she says “Jack in the Box” then says goodbye. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Typical of this location. The male managers during the day are helpful but the majority of the employees are disgruntled and are most likely doing foul things to food to spite patrons. This is the worst behavior I have ever experienced at any establishment in my entire life. The owner should be embarrassed at the quality of staff employed at this store. This woman needs to be reprimanded and terminated from further employment with Jack in the Box.
Great customer service from manager.. kinda bummed they don't accept EBT there.
Rude staff and no ebt. No point in ever eating here.

All of my experience here have been so awful that I chose not to eat today so I didn’t have to go there since it was my only option because I am short on time. Thought that was really insane … and wanted to share

Says open 24 hours for drive thru on the website and front door. I pulled up at 4 am. Drive thru was coned off. Door was locked. Cool thanks
