Very very slow service.It takes a long time.When I got the food some of it was cold. Alot of socializing among the employees. This I Hop needs good management and supervision. There is a problem with slow service here.It wasn't even busy.3 tables only.The employees do not seem serious about the service.SAD.
Christmas dinner plans got changed and IHOP saved the day-they had no wait list! Service was quick, food was good, staff were friendly. They turned an otherwise stressful moment into a great family dinner experience!
After wait 22 mins for cup of coffe, my breakfast was cold, very small portions and to complete my disappointment I found hair on my over easy eggs. Thanks IHOP for sure I'll never comeback!

I-HOP was close the the Tri-City Medical Center for a breakfast while my daughter was being attended at the hospital. The service was super, the food you can rely on being the same, the coffee plentiful… so a great place to relax

It took almost an hour to get our food.we were leaving when it finally got brought out to us. It was not busy so I don't understand what took so long. Had to go to work hungry.

They seem to be realigning with their new staff. To check out can sometimes take a few minutes for them to figure who has the role to cash out customers.All in all, it is a good place for a meal!
Unfortunately I had to relocate to the Marriot due to realtor discovering a leaking pipe behind the wall. Nevertheless It’s been a while since we all got to eat breakfast together. So I ordered online via iHop while everyone was sleep. To be honest i didn’t know tHe order was going to be this huge. I need to be honest and say that the iHop staff were very professional. Thanks for the service.
