It was okay. The waitress was in a hurry when she was taking our order. The pancakes were a little overcooked which I was fine with but the wife wasn't as thrilled.The rest of the experience was okay - the waitress did slow down a bit so she was more pleasant after that although she never did come take the credit card after she said she would. Overall I think they could improve in those ways.
The food was not a good as it had been in the past. Big steak omelet had very little steak and was not neatly rolled up like at other locations.The coffee didn't seem fresh and did not come close to even McDonald's coffee.I was disappointed that IHOP stopped having bosenberry syrup for pancakes!The waitress was very attentive and we enjoyed her sweet spirit. We give her a five star review!
They serve the most delicious chocolate pancakes. Great prices, yummy food! The only thing about this place is, it gets packed quick, so there may be a wait time before being seated.Overall, nice place.

The manager takes time to check in with everyone.There was an issue with my to go order but they rectified the situation immediately and with no fuss or hassle about it.A+ service!
There was only one lady taking care of everything and she was so efficient and fast, my shake was perfect not too thick, the food was awsome (thank you cook) i mean... so clean so simple so delicious ! Recomend 100%

My husband went for brunch today. The experience was underwhelming to say the least, someone that wasn’t our server took our order. Very minimal contact with our server but it was very busy so it’s understandable. When we did get our food the server came up, I told him I had asked for a fruit bowl instead of hash browns and he sorta cut me off and asked my husband if he needed any condiments. Which is fine. I could move past that. However I started eating some of the fruit bowl and found a moldy grape. Our server went to the front and took $3 off of our bill for serving us moldy food. I still tipped, because I know that’s how they make a living, but $3 for mold just doesn’t seem right.
