Why can't I get my order correct? Then get an attitude at the drive thru. I don't understand, if you're not happy with your job, Why work there.
The chicken here is ok. My chicken tostada salad with black beans is always great. The tortilla soup was the worst!! The broth tasted like water. If I was still at the location. I would get my money back. ??????
Usually delicious !! except today the 26th, idk who is working there right now but some of the chicken had raw pieces and the coleslaw has to be from the day before because I eat here about 3 times a week and it's never tasted like this..
Dry chicken. Sides were OK. Can't tell if the chicken was Marinated, tasted like plain unseasoned chicken. Very disappointing.
Stood at the counter for 10-15min without being helped by anyone at 1pm. Seems like they only help people in the drive thru. Not going here again.

My favorite El Pollo loco in North county The crew is always so friendly and helpful! My orders are always correct hot and fresh I believe they go out of their way to make every order correct they set the standard for El Pollo loco's and that's why I drive out of my way to go there!
