Came for the name and ended up buying an agua fresca and ice cream, they were both amazing!

This place has gone down the drain with costumer service. The owners are very friendly, but you don’t see them much in this location anymore. However, the female employees, “the cashier” is very rude and her face tells me that she hates her job. This place was good and you always felt welcomed. Not the case anymore!
I bought a tostiesquites(very delicious) and a crepe with leche quemada ice cream. Normally, this ice cream flavor is delicious but this time it tasted horrible. I called and first very nice person said she was going to transfer me to the claims lady. I mentioned my concern to the other person and asked her to try the ice cream. She gave me really bad attitude and offered me to refund me for the crepes price, stating that nothing was wrong with ice cream. I would never go back to that place.Sorry but for one not happy customer you lose 5 more.
They have the best Aguas Frescas here. So far, all we have tried, we have loved. Mango Loco is my favorite treat. ?

There were quite a few people, most not wearing masks. Kids running everywhere using the quarter machines, no hand sanitizer. I got too many things to carry so asked for a box, got a cup carrier but the smoothie didn't fit into it so it spilled all over my carpeted floor... The ice cream isn't exceptional imho, but my daughter and her family love it.
Fast and amazing fresh fruit. Tons of choices you can't go wrong. I wish they opened earlier.
