I've visited this place multiple times. I've asked about the sugar quantity, if they provide slushy type tea, even when asking about recommendations they always have attitude. I get it's a sugary drink but the girl didn't have to respond so rude. The slush part could of just been a simple yes or no answer but the she seemed bothered and lost because she couldn't even answer. I won't be coming back because the last boba I bought had a hair inside. All my family members have curly dark hair so I know it wasn't ours. It was straight and with like a red hue when light hits it.

This location really sucks. If you’re craving ding tea I would avoid this location as it doesn’t do it the way other locations do. This is my second time not receiving toppings I paid for. There are way too many tea places in Oceanside now to waste your money here. Photo shows I ordered cheese cream, no cheese cream on drink.

Employees were extremely unhelpful and rude. They chose to argue with another customer rather than serve the customers who were in line until all customers who were waiting left the store. The customer they were arguing with had a medical condition that they argued with them about, then discriminated against them by refusing to provide service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment.
I've been here a few times before, but I've never had the chance to review it. When I go here, the drinks and boba are always excellent. I usually get a Thai milk tea with less sugar and ice than other Ding Teas in the area, and it's always tasted tremendous. The milk teas they offer are fantastic! They're not powdery or syrupy, and the sweetness level is adjustable. It always comes out exactly like the previous time, which is a big plus!Customer Service: The staff is wonderful and works quickly. It looks like a pleasant work environment.Overall definitely a must-stop location for boba in Oceanside.
Cute little place, however the service wasn't great. The drinks are very sweet, too sweet that we didn't drink our drinks, we ended up coming home and diluting it with milk in order to drink what we payed for. Overall my first experience wasn't the best.
