I’ve never been to a place that’s so sad. Every time I go there the energy of the employees seems depressing. The customer service is terrible. Once I was inside, front of the line and wasn’t helped for over 5 minutes. They’ve been understaffed more than not and they continue to get my order wrong. They never have there’s phones connected either so I can’t call them. Very sad. I honestly hope that the employees are doing ok
Del Tacos fries are awesome.Staff was very nice.
Dining room is still closed so everyone has to use the drive through. This creates a very long, very slow line. But order was correct.
Remodeled dining area is super nice. Cleanest, most inviting Del Taco I've been to.
Food here is ALWAYS fresh and the staff is courteous and efficient in making your order quickly
Update:30 minutes deep. Second in line till the window. 7 cars are behind as I can see.The food is well made. The wait time is not good. We've been waiting for 25 minutes. Were inching our way up. Bad thing is. There is no turning back once you hit the drive through bend. So if your really craving Del Taco on a busy day. Be weary of the wait time. You will be hangry by the time you get to the speaker. This is one of the locations that gives you the right amount of sauce in your bag. Right now its 3:50pm on a Thursday. I can only imagine on lunch time.
Best burger fast food ever. And the crinkle fries are always very hot and salted good. Warning ... once you try the burger meal you will always order it even if in mood for mexican. Its really so good.
I came in an hour before closing the manager Melissa said that she was understaffed and can't take drive through orders but only online orders then I tried to call and get the store manager's number and she kept getting me attitude saying okay okay. Being super rude to me then hangs up on me. I am going back tomorrow to talk to the store manager because she was very unprofessional and very rude to me. I've been going to this del Taco for years and someone like this as a manager is very unprofessional for del Taco taco can't believe what I have delt with Tonight
Great staff. Orders have been accurate. They're a well oiled machine when it comes to late night munchies or dinnertime. I'm going to quote SP now, Shockabra!
What was once the best location in the county has fallen hard and fast. I'm writing this as I wait in the drive thru.. and believe me, I have plenty of time because they absolutely can't seem to do this in a timely manner anymore .. this will be my last visit for a while. If anyone at Del Taco sees this.. close this location until you are ready to run a businessI love Del Taco and I've been a frequent customer since 1989.. so this isn't coming from a hater.. just someone who is very disappointed with how this location is being managed
