Employee / or manager complaints of my choice of how I want to eat my food?. I liked no tomato on my food ! Accuses me of cancelling my orders, which is not true, and gives a weird psycho stare.
This place messed up on my order and there was a hair in the food, worst experience.
The manager working on December 19 at 12:40 PM needs to be fired. I’ve never seen somebody so dirty handling money and touching food at the same time. Yuck!
I felt like I was in the twilight zone here… Ordered a burrito with beyond chicken. Definitely was real chicken so I called back to get it replaced and the language barrier was practically impossible with two out of three employees. The person at the cash register handed my food out without looking at me or a word. I asked him if the order was the burrito with the beyond chicken and he said honestly I have no ideaLolSeriously??
Taco Tuesday. They forced me to buy 3 tacos. I only wanted 2.

Young woman hosing down the outside sprayed my shoes as I was walking in, took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me once I entered , the girl sweeping the floor finally did with attitude, the place was dirty, food was cold, terrible customer service
Messed up our order (3 items wrong and one just completely missing) and then closed an hour early so we couldn't get it fixed when we went back. Super bummed.
