My favorite natural food store- great deli.
Shopped here several times on my week stay in the Carlsbad area. I love independent health food stores like this one. I wish we had more of them in Colorado. This small but plentiful grocery store carries so many delicious fresh and packaged goods. They also have a sandwich and fresh meals counter for picnics and prepared meals. I bought their prepared tuna salad and a few other freshly made salads that were delicious. Staff is very nice and friendly. They have a great selection of supplements and skin care products as well.
Densely packed with goodness across a variety of life’s needs. A great place to spend money in support of local business.
I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could. Harry the owner is such a Karen. The mask mandates have been lifted since Feb 15th 2022 and he is so brainwashed and conditioned. He’s also rude and lacks professional customer service. He does the bare minimum or less. Not sure how he got to where he is. It’s just sad. He also sells expired items. Everyone be mindful of the expiration dates. Harry “the owner” of Cream of the crop needs to go. Harry is the absolute worst! Sorry not sorry Harry.
This place is amazing!! It's a really small store but it has everything! I even found a gluten free pecan pie which is my favorite and I haven't had one in 10 years! My son even got a free lollypop when he found the teddybear.
Always fresh fruit & vegetables, the deli & service is awesome.

Is expensive but the DELI is worth every penny. Good is very fresh and tasty... they take raw veggies and juice them into drinks that are tasty and super healthy. Great place

LOVE their sammiches ?. I’ve been a fan of this healthy store since the 90s. I’ve moved away from Oside at times. While your shopping, If you enjoy a good old sammich, that’s FRESH & DELICIOUS, Cream of the Crop has them!! The bread.. The Rye is so yummy as well as the Sourdough. Really taste the flavors of the bread biting in. But having the fresh lettuce, tomato’s, cucumbers, sprouts, & onions is delightful. They also have carrots… I’m not a fan of carrots.. Such an AMAZING difference with their organic produce versus a typical sammich shops trimmings.. You won’t want to go to those shop’s anymore..I love the earthy fresh taste of veggies???. I get the Surfrider which is chicken & turkey along with the fresh veggies. Today I wanted more veggies than meat, so that shows in my pic. Usually they are generous with the meat.I will give 5 stars if they would add fresh mozzarella as a cheese choice!!Hope they add a Caprese sammich with their veggies, along with roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, & pesto.Love to have a pesto, turkey, veggie, fresh mozzarella & sun dried tomato sammich.Turkey, lettuce, cranberry sauce, stuffing sammichThank you to all the kind people working?.
