I always came here to this store. But today was horrible there’s a girl assist me for my order already which is she nice to taking my order but this white, long hair brat guy i mean kid was rude, tone voice and staring at me saying what’s your order and i was like someone taking my order already and he turn around saying again what’s my order with his tone voice. This kid needs to teach a good manner to the customers. I was thinking not giving a tip but i was feeling bad for the girl who take my order at the first place.
The employees at this location always seem like they’re in a bad mood. I ordered my ice cream and the short girl with dyed red hair working today at around 5PM just responded with “Aight”. She then kept talking to her coworkers about some drama instead of finishing my ice cream. Once she finally finished she still seemed to have an attitude.
The staff is always friendly. Suggesting new flavors and recommendations! I wish the parking was better. Definitely worth and fun getting IceCream! Please give kudos to the whole staff!
My wife and I ordered ice cream. I picked it up and mine was the wrong size and the wrong ice cream. I went back and told them, they fixed it but gave me the wrong size again. I asked them to fix it again and got attitude. Got back home and my wife’s ice cream was wrong too just didn’t realize it. Never again
This place has horrible service. Take your business elsewhere. One of the employees, Robert, is rude to costumers.He refuses service to anyone not wearing a mask while wear vents in his mask.
I used to go here all the time. I gave five to ten dollar tips when I came in. There is this strange guy that works there now and he kicked me out once for not having a mask I came back few days later with a full costume mask which covers my whole head and is more effective than a little stringy cloth thing that he was wearing over his nose and he kicked me out saying it was not an official mask. I don't know what kind of pot he's been smoking before his shift but Cold Stone has now lost a customer for life. I am very disappointed. Their food was good the last I tried it but their customer service couldn't get worse. I'm done forever.
Worst service in Oceanside. Looks very dirty too. Ice cream looked old and crusty. Stay away..
Guess you don’t want my business or tips. No one else in Oceanside is enforcing this mask mandate. If you’re goingto enforce a mandate you really should supply mask…your employees turned us away and refused to give us any mask so we could spend money at your location. No one else has treated customers like this…so I guess that’s why your store was empty!
So this is an Ice Cream Shop that can’t make Shakes. But yet the Blenders are sitting on the counter, isn’t that like going to a Gas station that doesn’t serve Gas. If the Blenders are broke, fix Em, if a gas station is low on gas it gets more before their out. It’s the purpose of the businessLast time we drive all the way here, besides, In & Out is right here with better service & shakes.
