Cold stone is the only place that I'd go to for ice cream cakes! They have various flavors, all delicious!
Loved the service tonight. Asked if they could describe the Lucky Charms flavor to me and they said “it’s like the cereal”. So informative and helpful, thank you :) I’ll be back the next time I want a statement of the obvious.** side note: grateful they let us in because they closed right after we walked in which was still 30 minutes early. I’ve read the reviews and I’m starting to think these guys are just lazy lol.
We ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday since Wednesday and even paid for delivery for Sunday. When it came time for them to deliver it they said they found the order but didn’t make it and if we wanted it we had to wait 24 hours. Then we got told by an incompetent shift leader that we wouldn’t get a refund. Had to contact our bank and corporate to get a refund for a cake we never received. Then later this evening we got a call from doordash AND COLDSTONE that the order was processing, after we canceled and got a refund. Total mess, avoid this for a birthday party because you will not get the order.
It is hit or miss with this place. Good some nights and horrible other nights. I personally will not be back.
I went to get some ice cream all the way from across town just to get there and they are closed 30 minutes before they were supposed to close online. I made a special trip to get cold stone and she was just in there locked in on her phone when they were still supposed to be open it was only 9:30 . I tried to get her attention and she looked at me and rudely blew me off . Obviously the owner either doesn’t know his staff just closes early and turns away buisness because they are just too lazy
Store hours online say they are open until 10 every day. Came at 9:20pm on Wednesday and was told they were closed. ?
I don’t like writing negative reviews because I give places the benefit of the doubt, but I just need make make a mention for how petty and stingy this cold stone is. For my wife’s 30th birthday she received a buy 1 get 1 free and they wouldn’t honor it. Even the manager wouldn’t accept it because “it didn’t have a barcode”. Due to COVID, they could not give my wife any samples but yet didn’t have a problem grabbing her phone from her hands to look at the email. What do the employees benefit from by denying a legitimate email that my wife signed up for to get a simple free ice cream on her birthday? Lousy customer service and stingy manager. We could have gone to any other more delicious places but chose cold stone. Oh well, we won’t be coming back.

Their hours clearly state they close at 10pm. My husband and I were looking forward to a late snack, and arrived at 9:10pm. The door was locked and I literally saw an employee duck behind the counter...
I live near this location, the ice cream is perfect but the service was not good, the employee was very rude to us after ignoring us for 10 min. I will not return to that store again ...
