Great experience buying our lunch here today! The food tasted really good and was of good quality!
So I never do this but I feel like leaving the negative reviews all I can do. I tried to call the restaurant and they said that they will not handle it because it was an Uber Eats order. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and I really disappointed to only have gotten chicken in a bowl. It's unacceptable they should have better customer service. Your corporate is lame for not answering the phone.

When I arrived to the store. An associate came and said they didn’t get my order. I showed them my confirmation email. Also, my credit card was charged, so Their issue not mine…She then looked really confused and then they said I needed to order again. Okay that’s fine but again, that’s their issue not mine.She didn’t seem sympathetic at all and just shoved me to the back of the line. Then I get in line to order and I got my food to the salsa line. I then find out the guacamole isn’t made yet…If my online order did go through, how would I get my guacamole?I asked, “why isn’t there guacamole ?And the girl said “ we haven’t prepped it yet. It will be like 10 minutes.”My question is, Why are you open if you haven’t done your prep work?There were about 4-5 employees not really doing a whole lot and it wasn’t busy at all. So it wasn’t like they didn’t have the staff.What the employee should have done was this. Say “I’m sorry sir, it looks like your order didn’t go through. Let me make that for you right away”But it was obvious she didn’t care at all.I get it… businesses are having to hire a lot of younger inexperienced people due to labor shortages. And I can understand that. But make sure you hire the right people or don’t hire at all.Im really disappointed with this location and I’ll likely not come here again. Another time I came to this location at 10:35am ( they open at 10:30) and they were still closed.Get it together people!

I craved chips and queso, I never usually go to chipotle, but I decided to give it another go. As soon as I walked in, I saw a bunch of chip bags lined up on their walls, and on top of vents. I wondered if they were just for display, or if there were actual cooked chips in there.. well I ordered my chips and queso and really didn't think much of it, until I ate my first chip. They were so stale! I was disappointed because I paid a total of $15 for adding extra sides to eat these chips with. Bummer. The chips were my main course and they were not tasty. Very hard, stale and did not taste fresh. I am really hoping that they are not selling chips that have sat on a shelf for 2+ days, cause it sure tasted like it.
