Associate Collin has to be the nicest gentleman I have ever talked to at any Chik Fil A. Dude is very professional and was probably the nicest person I’ve ever met across all locations. People like him should be in charge and oversee customer service/QA programs. I’ve been in customer service in medicine and this man exceeded expectations and it was a pleasure speaking to this man. PS the girl giving out food forgot to say my pleasure ??? It was funny lol never had that happen lmao
My 98-year-old mother and I stopped in last Monday, March 28. As we ate, it started to storm without letting up. We didn't know how to get to our car. A very kind staff member noticed our dilemma and offered to help us. Before we knew it, she and another friendly staff member accompanied us to the car, holding large umbrellas over us until the walker was in the trunk and we were settled in the car. They were just so thoughtful and caring. Thank you so much! ?
Never been here before. The spicy chicken sandwich was flavorful, but I ordered the regular one ? this had me coughing and burning my Taste buds rolling. Food was a little cold but the service & cashiers friendliest.
Chick-fil-A is usually the highlight meal of my day. I don’t normally get breakfast here rather lunch or dinner. A couple of my favorite things are grilled nuggets, the grilled chicken club, and the Oreo milkshake. The service here is great considering that it is always busy. Utmost attention to speed seems to be taken seriously and is done effectively!
Better quality food than most fast food places. Only flaw is having to deal with extremely long lines but they do their best to get everyone in and out in a timely and professional manner. Would come here only if you're not in a time crunch.
Ordered $30 worth of food here for my family. My brother wanted to add on a small shake and small fry when we got to the window as we forgot to add it onto our order. Jazmin rudely told us that we would have to get back into the line to add our shake and small fry order. The drive through was very long. Then jazmin said want me to get my manager for you? Michale dove, who also wasn't helpful said "well we can't just add on a shake and fry or you you have to get back in line." It's not like I was asking for a whole meal to be made. For a company that prides itself on customer service I was very disappointed with Jazmin and Michael. I ended up having to park to run in while my mother who just had surgery waited in the car. I saw Michale talking and just standing next to three other employees who weren't doing anything. I was surprised to see that. As someone who works in customer service, I know this situation wasn't right. Michale did not make it right for me and my family.
Stopped by for a quick bite. The woman at the cashier was very helpful and efficient. Our food was prepared and given to us in a very timely manner. Almost right after I sat down! The chicken was phenomenal. I am a fan of the spicy chicken sandwich. The fries were amazing. I love the classic waffle fries. Perfectly salted. Everyone there was so kind. It makes sense they'd be happy if they're working at an amazing place like this. Kanye West said it best, "You're my Chick-fil-A, you're my number one, with that lemonade." Thank you Chick-fil-A for the amazing experience! This time, it was my pleasure ;) I will definitely be back!
Very nice and personable staff. Great service and the food was good. The only disappointment was that they wouldn't cook the waffle fries well done.
Very poor customer service, I ordered breakfast through the app for pick up in store and got there at 10:25 and told one of the employees I’m here for pick up and he said your order is not ready yet so I waited for 40 minutes and my order still not ready. That employee went on break so I asked another employee and explain him the situation but sadly he didn’t take care of the issue and wasn’t very interested about it. He went out to ask the employee who was on break and he told him he never told me my order was not ready so basically I lied to them and stood there for 40 minutes for no reason. I’m sure you guys have cameras to check and see the body language of us and see who is lying and who’s honest. The first employee twice told me my order is not ready and once it is ready they will call you and left to his break after giving me the sauces I asked. The owner/manager needs to frequently check on not well trained employees to not disrespect the customers by saying indirectly that we are lying. If I take snapshots of my receipts to show how much I spent on chick flea because my children love it and even if I don’t want to go there I will have to go because I can’t let my kids suffer because of one or two employees who are not doing their job right. The second guy who helped me was very rude and disrespectful. He needs to get proper training for respecting the customers. I wish I had something positive to write, I hate to leave these types of reviews but I had to let someone know so next time another customer doesn’t get treated like this, my baby was waiting so eagerly for his breakfast but due to some irresponsible employees my child had to cry. It just broke my heat ??
I'm disappointed in this chick fil a as I've been on more than one occasions and y fries have been brown and soggy and my bread on my chicken sandwich has been soggy as well. I usually don't complain about these things, but it really bothered me.
