Directly discriminates against against certified service dog! Would not serve me
I've been getting lunch here off and on for nearly two decades. Some of the food is different than you'd expect, but in a really good way! Staff are always friendly, and they genuinely care about their customers. Chicken here is amazing, but I've never been disappointed by anything I've ordered. Great food!
This place has been here for decades. It's older than me. Yet, as our taste buds change we always love this place. It small but worth it, I recommend their chicken nachos, great chicken and thins tortilla chips.
Great place for takeout. We ordered 1/2 a chicken, chips and refried beans. Plenty for 2 people, good prices too. Chicken was flavorful and nicely cooked, delicious crispy skin . Salsa and chips were fresh and tasty. Fast, friendly counter service. Take out was well packaged and still hot when we got home. Tortillas tasted homemade. Good Covid practices. All employees were properly masked and cashier used hand sanitizer between each customer.
I have been going there for many years on and off, the last time I had a bad experience, the chicken was dry and the service was rude. I ask for a container to take the salsa home that I had already paid. She said I couldn't have a small container, and I wasn't so post to take the salsa. And when I said this not the way to treat your costumers, she said she had been doing this for 40 years. And I was wrong.Acted like she didn't care.Don't think I'll be returning there.

My family owns this resturant. We’ve been in business for over 38 years for a reason! We’re not prefect but we try to give the best service to everyone who comes in. We are a small business, so we are a little more than your average Pollo Loco. But we make everything in house and cook to order! Give us a try and I think you won’t regret it.
