Decided to mobile order from this location, waited for about 15min for someone to greet us at the desk. I saw maybe one waitress attending all the tables this entire time. I could tell the staff really need some help here !! Our order was surprisingly made on time, but when I got home. I noticed our “buffalo wings” had a dusty seasoning on them ??? Never seen any buffalo wings made that way, Asian zing wings were okay. The best part was the tots…. Def not ordering from this location again, or even thinking of ever dining in there.
Elyse was our server tonight 5/10/22. Went in because my wife was craving Buffalo wings. My wife and child’s food came out first. No silverware or ranch. 25 mins later I received my food still no ranch or carrots. My wife kindly asked the server within the same section if she could help the response was “we are short staff and I can’t do anything about your food.” My wife kindly responded oh no just wanted to see if she could get some ranch. The server responded “oh yea that’s your servers responsibility, I can’t do anything to help you.”Team oriented definitely not.
Sad, sad,sad. It’s a shame this Buffalo Wild Wings location has such terrible service.I walked in and sat at the bar only to be rudely told that they were closed and I had to get out.I was looking for a late dinner and saw that this location closed at 12am(hours confirmed by business 4 days prior). I sat down at 10:55pm. Nonetheless I was asked to leave.Worst part is the owner has the same canned response for every review.I love Buffalo Wild Wings and will continue to go, but not the Oceanside location.
Worst place, Do not go with family members, they don’t respect. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND! Especially Manager of the store Very rude fellow. I ordered Classic chicken sandwich, it was too salty.I simply asked store Manager, chicken is very salty. His reply was # It’s our recipe! I was like speechless.I will never ever go to this place again!
Monday afternoon...hardly anyone there, but with all the screens, it probably gets busy during major sports events. Wife said the sauces she got for her wings weren't good at all. My cheeseburger was good looking, but salted to death.Our server was a girl with zero personality who was clearly unhappy being there. Just a negative experience overall...wouldn't go back.
Second time I’ve been to B- dubs with my family. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for almost 10 years and I must say the service at this exact restaurant has been below average. Well trained servers should not allow low to empty drinks to stay on the table after passing by multiple times. Also, when ordering food everything should come out in a timely manor when ordering entrees. Half the table should not come out with over 15 minutes passing by while the rest follows suit ESPECIALLY when the restaurant isn’t on a wait. Finally, no manager was seen walking around checking on the tables and ensuring proper service. The only good thing that came out of both of our experiences is the food which is always good. I think buffalo wild wings was once an exciting place to take my family. It isn’t anymore.
We stopped by here on our way back to L.A from Lego Land. It was okay. Service was Great! I'm just used to going to BWW's with more than 10 tables. Veryyy small place but good food.
Went on Monday night and waited for over an hour before I just decided to leave and the waitresses don’t even check up on you either, also the music is bad and loud. I couldn’t even hear myself think I had a headache and the waitresses don’t even have a mask on (the girl with the bull nose piercing) yet we have to look at the menu on our phone? And the waitress also told me that they don’t have wing combos with fries but it didn’t say that on the menu ? Only person who was actually doing there job was the host.
First time here; I brought my son with me. It took a little while to get our orders but the hamburgers were very good. The tater tots were perfect; the waitress was perfect. Looking the bar and all the television on sports channels look pretty awesome. Overall it was a great experience.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!We had my husband's birthday dinner here, Denise was awesome and had our table set up for us. We were seated upon arrival. She greeted our party and made everyone feel welcome.Alexander was our server and he was, hands down, the BEST server.We had a party of around 20 people - he was so attentive and on top of it while still taking care of other tables.He never missed a beat - if someone's drink was running low he was ready to bring another, he got all of our orders in and out quickly.He gave us top tier service and we all were impressed with him!Thank you Denise and Alexander for making the night so great for us!!!
