No one waiting. Was told had to wait 20 minutes. When we were seated waited another 10 minutes. Any customer minded hostess would have given us a table and gave us a drink even water.
Our bartender didn't know how to make a B-52 coffee drink but was incredibly sweet, googled it and made the best of ever had! Great customer service more than makes up for a limited drink menu! The manager also came out, spike highly of him and wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied. Such friendly service! ?
Ordered curbside pickup. Did not get notified when my order was ready. I called them back while waiting outside and they said that they do not come outside after 9:30. Would have been nice to know that when I placed the order. Had to microwave all of my food because everything was cold
First, hostess didn't seat us. She just pointed across the restaurant toward the direction of our table. POS tablet on table was filthy dirty. Waiter forgot our drink order. Plates not given with appetizer. Chicken crisper were definitely far from crispy and tasted like they came from a freezer. Plating presentation was sloppy. Worst Chilli's experience of my life which is sad because I use to like this restaurant.
My to go orders have been accurate and timely. I find the cost is the same or close to same as fast food, but the food SO much better!
I Would have liked to have a refill on my water while I ate my food! Fresh fries that aren't cold would have been nice too!?
A pleasure to dine here today! Perfect location, sunset views, delicious Bourbon Street Steak, served sizzling on a platter. Everything suggested by my server, Dylan, who gave me extra attention, and I am 100%satisfied!!!

Applebee's outdid their customer service today when they offered a free meal to all Veterans. I already like them for their food, but today just made me love them all the more because of their outstanding customer service. It took over an hour to get a table, but that was due to the high volume of clientele taking the restaurant up on their free offer of gratitude. The wait was worth it! Our server, Ahmond, a marine corps veteran himself, did a great job getting to know us, taking care of us, and making sure we always had whatever we needed. The food was fantastic and the 2 for $22 deal just sealed the already fantastic evening of us celebrating my husband. Thank you to Applebee's! As a military spouse, I appreciate when others recognize all that our veterans do and have done to serve our great country. Please, please continue to keep up this token of appreciation to our service members. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate with you this evening!
