You need to park across in the Pacific Renaissance Plaza parking garage, currently at $2/hr.The restaurant is somewhat comfortable. If you sit next to the entrance it can get cold because of the constant draft from people going in and out.For dinner I usually get the package deal. You get to choose 3 entrees from a given list for $27.99. However rice is not included. After 5 bowls of rice, including tip, the bill came out to $46 for two people.It appears that the business is closed early due to the pandemic. The owners were already rushing to close at 6pm on a Saturday.

Fast pace lunch dine-in or takeout. Good food with reasonable pricing.
For over twenty years plus, Ying Kee has been my go-to place of won ton soup, either take out or eat-in (dine-in would be too fancy a description), whenever a business trip drops me in Oakland. Really good and really reasonable. Their beef stew won ton is my favorite. They also have other take-out chinese deli foods. On the corner of 9th st and webster st. True hole-in-the-wall food, but on the corner.

I ordered the dried scallops with egg whites and it was delicious!! I even found some dried scallops at the market down the street. I'll definitely be back!
