Chinese Vietnamese Noodles

Came across this place when I was looking for places that does the dry style of Hu tieu (Hu Tieu Kho). Unlike the traditional Vietnamese/Cambodian style Hu Tieu, this place offers to Teo Chow version which is very similar.I grew up eating more egg noodles than rice noodles so I decided to #12 Mi Trieu Chau with soup on the side. I also ordered their sautéed kidney with ginger onion.Their sautéed kidney was very flavorful and the kidney was perfectly cooked! Kidney is one of those things that are very hard to clean and cook properly and this place does it very well.#12 with soup on the side brings me back to childhood. The noodles were the perfect texture with the right amount of oiliness that nothing sticks together. It was basically crack to me. The amount of noodles and toppings they give is very generous. I felt like I needed to be rolled out of the restaurant. After discovering these place, my husband and I have gone back 3 more times in the span of 2 weeks. I highly recommend this place!Pro-tip: they open pretty early, so try to go closer to opening time or relatively early as it gets busy and could have a wait closer to the usual brunch time.

This place is for when you have no regards professional service and cleanliness. When you sit down, don’t look on the ground and don’t try to peek into their kitchen. Food is better on the week days than weekends I think is because the kitchen is not as busy and you actually get better quality food. Had their ho fun noodle soup, chow mein, wonton noodles. Definitely more meat and toppings than other places. Downside is they charge extra for “every thing”.

Best homemade noodles! #21 on the menu. - 02/14/2022: After a short closure, business is back booming...

I feel like the bowls got a tad smaller but I still left full and satisfied. The broth was on point today. I got a #12 with skinny egg noodles.

Long wait, good broth, but just so so food.

Cash only. Make sure to hit the ATM. We come through regularly for #21 with soup on the side. Make sure you set up your sauces for a fulfilling experience. If you're feeling extra hungry, get some fish cakes!

Food still good, but they let other people cut in front of you sometimes and still ask if you were in line first, even though they already let other people in first that got there after you.

Went with a friend and of course like any good restaurant when it's busy you know it's good. I've known this place for many years. They get you in, serve you fast, and get you out. Servers and staff always friendly and awesome. Highly recommend! Please support small business! I had the number 11. Wonton tried chau noodles.

Food was great, I don’t live in the city but I cannot get tired of the noodles there. Prices have gotten higher than normal but price over product, I don’t mind paying the price.

Number 12! Awesome egg noodle soup.
