Not going to say a lot about that.Amazing coffee but in ways of cleaning, u need to get better. Still, going back when I can.
really liked the vibe of this place. loved the cappuccino that i got. didn't like the spinach-and-feta croissant. but will definitely recommend for coffee. check them out.
Delicious Mexican Mocha Frappe. In and out in a flash on a Sunday morning. I think the parking situation is probably a challenge any other time of the day but the service and drink were great.
Small but good menu, chill vibes. Coffee was delish. Would certainly come back, service was a bit slow, but worth the wait.
Decent coffee, clean and spacious store, great location. Negatives are the outlet situation (as far as I can tell there are three in the entire store, which sits about 30 people) and the music volume, which is typically WAY too loud to hold a normal conversation or get work done. I really like the vibe of Tierra Mia but if you're trying to limit your exposure to ambient noise you should probably find another coffeeshop. :(EDIT: Been back a couple times and the noise situation has been much better. Upgrading to 4 stars.
I used to come to this shop on the regular. But today was my last attempt at coming here. Today at 6:39pm. Cody refused service to me and my one year old child (whom I had just walked 10 mins with to make it before closing) bc they were “backed up” in orders. He refused to make an exception even though they close at 7pm. What horrible service and what a rude person you all have chosen to be at the front lines of your service. This will be my last time attempting to patron this establishment. What a poor representation of Tierra Mia and local coffee shops in general.0 stars. Do not recommend.
Had the Mexican chocolate frappe and the horchata frappe and I highly suggest them as the 2 best frappes. The service was swift and staff was helpful and patient as well as professionally friendly. The cafe itself was spotless wherever seating was empty and staff stayed in top of their cafe side work. Not a single complaint. Everything was on point!
Tierra Mia is an amazing local coffee chain. They have really unique flavors, friendly service, and a cool atmosphere. It's conveniently located in downtown Oakland and has seating and free WiFi to sit and work while enjoying coffee, but quick service to get coffee before work too! I love going as a morning treat.
The Best (and currently only place i know that sells) Hazelnut Kouign amann I've ever had! Great tasty drinks, reasonable prices, open for quite some time. Love it
Fantastic coffee. Very well made and fast service. The baristas were fabulous. Definitely 100% coming back again! The almond croissant was delicious and the coffee were perfect.
