Visited Cali and was recommended to eat here. Probably the best burger I tasted in Cali
Had me waiting on my meal for 30 min after it was suppose to be ready, I kept asking them is my order ready and they kept avoiding me. Then finally someone ask me of my order number and it was logged in and somehow it got lost. One man helped me out. While the rest avoided me.
Ordered a side of onion rings I got half old fries and half old onion rings. My husband told Fernando if we could get an order of onion rings also fresh ones because they were dark and rock hard. He SNATCHED the onion rings out his hand and threw them in the trash. He came back and gave us these in the pic. They weren’t any better still super cold and hard. The cashier was also super rude I didn’t grab his name. I come here often and I’ve never had such terrible experience. The food as nasty and so we’re the workers. If I could rate negative stars I would. Fernando’s customer service skills are not it. Never coming back!
Burger was over cooked. Love the beans fries can't mess those up.
Ordered curbside, waited 15 minutes outside while my burger got all soggy inside. Finally ran inside to grab my food, it was a total mess in the kitchen.
The Habit Burger Grill is top of the fast food catrgory! More like a restaurant that serves burgers! The Green Beans are the best thing on the menu next to the Grilled Chicken & Charcoal Burgers!
High priced. BurgerYou pay for what. You get ...I QUESSRATHER. GO TO. SMOKE HOUSE IN. BERKELEY. THEY ALSO PUT KIDS ON LITTLE LEAQUE BASE BALL TEAMS. (at least when I was growing up !!!) So I rather go. There. A place that helps the. Youths. And. Burgers and. Shakes there are FANTASTIC.
Tried for the first time and was pleasantly surprised this is one good burger
I ordered through Uber Eats and for the most part the food was still fresh. The reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because my order was wrong, which I just picked off the onions, still tasty tho!
I've changed my review to 2 stars.On more than one occasion, my order has been soooo salty. Whether it be a burger, which they exchanged (dine in)French fries and most recently onion rings which I received in an online order, picked up and brought home. Though I've been assured that this problem has been resolved. It remains to be seen as I haven't ordered since. I would love update this review in the near future once I eat hear again.I have had food from 2 other franchisees of this chain with no issues. So clearly this problem is singling out this particular location
