Great beer selection. From IPAs to stouts to sours, they generally have all of it on tap. And if you don't like the taps, there are tons of canned/bottled beer options in the back, all sorted by style of beer. They don't offer much in terms of food (they serve empanadas, though I haven't tried them), but you're welcome to bring your own food. There are TVs that'll usually be playing the relevant game on game nights. The staff is friendly and considerate. Trivia is on Thursday night (as of this writing).
I really really like the hot dogs here. My favorite one is the red dog. I highly recommend ordering the hot dog on a lobster bun. It literally has no lpbster ingredients whatsoever, so I don't understand why it's called a lobster bun. Anyway, it's the best way to eat their dogs.
Amazing craft beer selection. Reason for the 3 stars is because the main bartender chick was really rude to my friend. I did not appreciate it at all. Next time it will be strictly to go.
Wall of Beer is a great feature on the website that allows you to see the entire Good Hop inventory at any time any place.
Charming people and excellently curated beers from near and not so far. A comfortable place to explore new brews and chat with interesting folks is just the thing for that pandemic ennui. If you want to just grab some cans to go, it’s also a good selection at a very reasonable price. Great place. I’ll be back.
Great selection, helpful staff, and walking distance from BART. Neighborhood can be a little sketchy but generally safe.
Greatest beer bar /bottle shop! I wish I lived closer
Wonderful selection of beers in the back room. The corner-side room had people drinking and watching TV.
Great selection of beers, fun bar, always something going on
Dog friendly
