Its the same as any other taco bells. You order a Pepsi and get Dr. Pepper. Crunchy tacos are good tho.
I paid $15 for 3 tacos with cheese ridiculous never again and the food was nasty and cold! Shame on Taco Bell smdh.
I went thru drive thru there was a male was being disrespectful when I was being very polite. Very bad customer do better
I visited this location on January 8th 2022 at 7:18 p.m. The guy taking orders in the Drive-Thru would keep cutting me off when I would keep cutting me off before I even finished my sentence to tell him, "with tomatoes" or, "without cheese". He then replied, "Damn, Calm down" when I told him he would know what else I want of he would let me finish my sentence. He has no people skills. I didn't even pull forward to purchase my food. I pulled away and left. He seemed too busy chatting with his coworkers and didn't seem to be listening when I was able to finish a sentence, I would then have to repeat myself when I asked him what ingredients were in a menu item because he would just add it to my order on the screen. I literally left and went to a different Taco Bell on my way home.
Awful got the cooks not wearing hairnets and the employees don't change there gloves frequently like they are suppose to very unprofessional cashiers the cooks constantly on the line prepping food always fidgeting with clothes and still making food for us customers ewww? think twice before you come and eat here your life may depend on it ?
While my food was good they forgot all the sauces and a cheese roll up from our order gotta check your bags here. The sauces are half the fun! They must know that
Taco is a guilty pleasure, this location drive way is small so it makes the line look longer but in actuality if you count the cars it's not that many ppl
Very bed customer service specially night shift staff .very very careless and slow customer services.. only one taco bell staff are very aggressive and respectful that is Emeryville branch next to home depot..
received through doordash since the location near my house was sadly closed. arrived cold, soggy and tasted horrible. chicken tasted partially raw. by the next day, it smelled fishy. so glad my family and i didn't get food poisoning
The experiance was aggravating... the workers had a private party going on inside while cars were piled up in the drive through waiting for service. What should have taken no more than 15 to 20 minutes, took over an hour to order and pick up food, and to add insult to injury, I was only the 7th car from the pick-up window. No appology for the delay just a bunch of kids laughing and joking like being in line for that long was normal.
