Came here last night with some friends for a good dinner before a climbing comp. Really good food and I have no complaints. Well balanced, nice employees, good location. I had the super green goddess salad and it was perfect.
My first time there. The staff was professional and welcoming. The buffalo chicken salad I ordered was delicious. I don't normally do healthy food places, but I would go again just to try something different.

It's ok. Kind of like a chipotle but for salad, and chipotle is sort of cheaper. If you order online during the lunch rush, come by 10-20mins later to pick it up or prepare to wait 10-20 mins with everyone else waiting 10-20mins. Food still good tho, but I can't get back 20 mins of my lunch kinda sad about that
By far the worst location in the Bay Area. Literally every time I come here, they don’t have enough ingredients to make anything thing on the menu. I kid you not this has happened to me 3 times. They would blame short staffing so they couldn’t prep but literally would let you wait for 15 mins in line without telling you this. Then they blamed the lunch rush. So today I came in at 10:19am to beat the so called lunch rush and guess what? They don’t have any of the ingredients prepped again to make anything on the menu. They don’t even have hot sauce. The worker claims they were locked out until 8am which I why they aren’t ready. Not only that. They made me wait 10 minutes before even attempting to take my order. Wait a complete waste of my time. I blame management. This is by far my worst experience I’ve had trying to get a salad. What’s worst they even had someone in from regional and she literally had no empathy.
Nice place, and employees. It’s just that the employees speak so fast and I’ve got some hearing problems. Then Got a Kale Caesar. The prices are kind of pricey but the salads are yummy. Overall, good experience
Had to return without food yesterday; place was backed up meaninglessly; tried to talk to a person at the counter in hopes of cancelling the order and perhaps a refund - got scolded. Can't go back. Had been my staple for WFH lunch over the last six months.
They make a good salad, the people are nice, and if you order online it takes like no time to do a pickup.
Great salads, everything was super fresh and delicious!!!! Coming back soon.
I usually go to the Palo Alto location because it's close to my job. LOVE the food and they give a big portion.Today, I tried the Oakland location and I can say with confidence I will not return. The food at this location didn't taste as good as the other locations and the biggest disappointment was the portion of food. They barely fill up your bowl, skimping on the food. Didn't seem like the employees were happy to work there.
