I have been here a few different times and had unpleasant experiences each time. The store was empty yet even ordering a water and gift certificate seems to annoy them. I get it, you don't like your jobs but why take that out on random strangers?
I am annoyed with them because I am constantly trying to remind them that they should not handle money change the garbage can liners all with their bare hands and then make coffee drinks without washing their hands and putting on gloves I have observed over the two day span this week with them different staff working the cash register sweeping changing garbage can liners making coffee without following protocols set in place but without covid they know they should not handle money and then make drinks without washing their hands it is so frustrating and annoying because they get irritated when I request that they wear gloves before making my drinks why isn't management following through to make sure they're keeping us safe as customers?
Open until 9 PM perfect for when I get off work and want a quick Starbucks drink
