Easy parking. People really nice there. Typical Starbucks location.
I waited over 20 mins for 2 drinks the employees didt answer when I asked what's taking so long and people had no masks on get a manager and employees so people an actual come and leave with there drinks and not wait 20 mins
Under staffed, but the staff that was there did great with the amount of orders they were getting.
Worst costumers service ever these workers are on a different level 30 minutes just to pick up a delivery what so many people came after me and got served I used to get my coffee here not anymore and if I get deliveries from here I'll cancel them

Very slow service at the peak time. I see at least 4 employees around 7-10, but the system is very inefficient. Hope starbucks regional operation manager could read this review.
If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! Worst service ever! Waited 5 minutes longer than mobile order said so I requested a refund. Instead of issuing a refund the barista charged me again!!! Still waiting for my refund to post to my card!
Staff here are wonderful; friendly and professional.
Dirty bathroom regardless of time of day. Pee on floor always. Manager scoots chairs instead pick up and music is already loud. Really loud.Staff always kind and friendly. Just no one is wiping tables and cleaning bathroom. Manager just scoots chairs with towel in hand he doesn't clean.
