Baristas were meh. They did not have Nitro cold brew so instead of telling me that, they left an empty cup with my name on it. They did not call my name when my other order was ready so my buddy and I sat there for a while thinking what was taking so long.When we finally had to leave, I went up to the order pick-up area and started looking at the drinks to see if the drinks had been made by chance.My empty cup with my name was sitting there with the other order. I had to get the attention of the nearest barista by holding the cup up and asking why it was empty and she said they didn't have Nitro so either I take a refund or they'll just fill it with cold brewed coffee.I had them fill it and took the drinks. I gave them a tip too and the ladies weren't even busy. Just meh service.
Cashier was friendly but i ordered one tall coffee. I waited for a good 8min all i kept seeing is them making mobile orders. They already had 15 mobiles orders sitting at the pick up side, but decided to continue making more mobile orders. I was the only customer that ordered at the time i walked in. I tried showing them my urgency of having to leave which didn't work. So I went up and asked the cashier for a refund. She apologized saying that they have a bunch of mobile orders in the morning so they focuse on that first. I replied saying that I understand they have alot of mobile orders but it's not okay having anyone wait so long for one drink becuase of that.

My friend invited me for green tea to round out his rewards stars. Tea was iced. It was good. Usually I expect green tea hot, but I was not particular on this occasion, so I accepted it iced, unsweetened.

The manager of the store is the worst. It was Friday morning at early hours of the day approximately 7:30ish I'm eating a muffin and she abruptly asks that stop eating.
It’s been a great Starbucks over the years and continues to be so. Carry on.
The employees stand and giggle and play on there phones and ignore customers... Need to grow up tand get proper training ......please
