You really can’t go wrong with Starbucks. This location was no different. Workers were kind, friendly, and helpful. They also had the largest selection of mugs and tumblers I have ever seen in one location. The variety was amazing.The store overall was very clean and location was easy to get to for an out of towner. My nitro cold brew was ready in under 2 minutes despite having a decent amount of people in the store.I’d go back any time.
You know what really makes me mad? When I order a dragon drink with light ice, but am given a cup full to the brim with ice that empties after 3 sips. But you don’t realize until after you leave because you ordered for pickup and you’re running late. Starbucks staff: READ YOUR TICKETS. If I have to turn my car around and bring my drink back, you can bet your employees will have to deal with my irritation AND a full refund since your mistake made me late.
Nice tables and lights to get reading and work done. (Would have visited more if it were a bit less further away from home). Loud enough to keep you awake, but bot too noisy. Located around other restaurants as well.
The worst customer service ever, I ordered a venti drink and they gave me a grande. I told them I wanted a venti and this lady named Diana swears it was going to kill her to remake. Not only did she argue back and forth with me about if I ordered a venti or not but she had the ugliest attitude to go with it. Like why argue with the customer??? I’m willing to pay the difference! As if it was even busy she needs a new job because clearly she isn’t happy there.
Friendly, hard working staff. Great place to get pre dawn coffee fix in Jack London Square.

Got an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was delicious! The pumpkin didn't overpower the coffee. Done just right. Very nice place to sit and relax.
