Well this one took the cake. First Starbucks doesn't have any sugar-free syrup in stock except vanilla at all of their stores nation wide. So I order and pay for a sugar-free vanilla latte with whole milk. Oh sir we are out of sugar free vanilla. How about just a latte. Hmmm ok... Oh by the way we are out of whole milk. WTH..... If you're out of this stuff let me know before you take my money giving me the opportunity to save myself from getting something I don't want... Horrible place won't be back again.
I'm staying in Oakland temporarily and have had a hard time finding a Starbucks that makes a drink the right way. The first visit here refused to make it correctly and argued with me and even told me to stir it myself. It's a vanilla latte, they shouldn't need to be stirred. I've been once since and the drink is now made correctly, so I plan on going to this one when the craving strikes.
Very slow & dirty Starbucks. Extremely unsafe area. DO NOT Go to this location with a rental car from the airport! Our car windows were smashed and had backpacks & briefcases stolen from car while waiting for our coffee. Went back to National Car Rental and they said it happens all the time at this location. Unbelievable!
I'm still getting their Frappuccinos w/extra carmel of course. You get beat that price for a medium.

The worst starbucks at world....Bathrooms closed but with key..they dont say is closed until you pay for the coffee! no paper for printing a receipt, either....Very dangerous place, I stayed 10 minutes in the starbucks and when I came back to the car, the glass of my car was broken and my back pack was stolen!
Is the second time I order a white mocha and there’s no white sauce at all!!
They can't read! My label clear says triple! Why was it a double? On my way to a 12 hour shift, can't go back. I get 2 or 3 coffees a day through your establishment. At least get my order right. Slow down and read the coffee!
Nastiest Starbucks ever! Very dirty and the coffee is tasteless! The crew tries but everything stinks. Literally nauseating.
