Twice in the last 3 weeks I've ordered to-go cardboard coffee carafes, both times I ordered one medium roast and one DECAF. BOTH TIMES, they forgot to MARK what type of coffee the containers were holding. The first time, I caught the oversight and asked them at the counter to mark them. The second time, a friend picked them up and they were unmarked!I'm really surprised that none of the shift leaders have seen fit to put a SIGN up to prompt the baristas to MARK the container, there's already a LITTLE BOX AREA specifically for labeling the roast on the front of thesr containers, but twice now they seem to just ignore that detail...When I called in to alert them to this repeated oversight, Atticus the shift leader indicated that they've had a lot of turnover and people are busy. That's no excuse for such a basic aspect of their primary product!! HELLO MANAGERS!! Your people have ONE JOB. Putting up a sign and reminding the newbies that they need to LABEL those cardboard carafes is NOT a bridge too far, and these are obvious, SIMPLE SOLUTIONs to a repeated problem.

The worst location I have been to. Spoke to a manager after the lid of my coffee cup popped off which caused all my coffee to spill in my car. Found out they were not using properly fitted lids but had no choice because they needed to wait for the proper sized lids. Manager was very rude and accusatory. Clearly not the right maturity to be in a managerial position. I wasn’t even angry when I spoke to the first employee on the phone. I was slightly upset. Speaking to her really fired me up and after that experience I never went to Starbucks at any location again.

It’s a Starbucks. An extra star for cleanliness and the friendly staff.

Service is great. Always someone complaining about speed… mobile orders are quick. Don’t listen to the ones that say it’s slow.

This location consistently takes too long completing my mobile orders. I order at least 15 minutes prior to my arrival to give them adequate time, but still end up waiting another 10 minutes on average. I stop here with it being closest to my home, but I’ll gladly pass it up to get to the one on my commute into San Leandro. I feel like there is always multiple useless staff behind the counter keeping the barista caught up in conversation and less focused on completing their orders. By the time I walk out my hot breakfast sandwich is just moderately warm from sitting waiting on the coffee order to be completed and ready. Disappointing location overall!

Super friendly fast and my orders are always perfect.

SO SLOW! Consistently disappointed in the speed of service. Whether in-person or ordering through the app, I am constantly frustrated with their lack of efficiency. Please!

The people who work here are great. This is my favorite Starbucks and I often go out of my way to order here!
