I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I will say that the vegetable korma was not too bad - 3/5 stars, but the service was bad and the naan was unacceptable.I ordered and paid for a garlic naan but was given a plain naan that was also rock hard and difficult to eat. When I called to let them know I was given the wrong naan and the one I got was so cold and hard I could barely eat it, the manager really didn’t seem to care and just said if I order again she’ll give me $1 off my next meal.
Food was not good honestly, I don’t know what they served it.

I love Shaan, I order two to three times a week, the food is always fresh and hot, and delicious.Fast and friendly delivery too! Not over priced. I recommend Shaan if your looking for great Indian food.
If you are looking for Indian taste, don’t waste your money. Their food has no taste at all. In fact after eating I feel like eating an ice cream to change my taste. The food is so bland that you will never order the second time. No taste at all.

This is not a branch of Shan restaurant in Sunnyvale which is so much better. I thought it was. Food is substandard and not hygienic, very very bland. A total rip off. Beware…!!
I've ordered food from here several times over the last couple years and it's always amazing.
Ordered online at 220pm today. It said pickup was at 240pm. I got to the door and they said to come back at 5 they were closed. They refused to give me my money back. My account was debitted and Eatstreet did not want to get involved. I have been coming here for a while. The lady at the restaurant was rude. Terrible customer service
Finest place to buy some food when in a hurry. The service is quick, rates are fair, great atmosphere. Will visit here again
