This was the worst pizza ever . I ask for double extra cheese and paid for it on small pizza. When the young male clerk handed me the pizza , I shared that pizza did not have double extra cheese, in fact it was made incorrect . He claim that he had given them my request for the double extra cheese. He offer no customer service , in fact when i call to complain I was first told no manger was available , then i was transfer to to store and was received my the young clerk who had taken the order. He refuse to give his name . I spoke to him on 3/30 @ 5:37pm ( he non- African American young man) .When I shared my distaste about how I was treated he stated I seem happy. I was shock since I clearly stated that I was not happy but he made no effort to try to correct the situation. He further told me that when I brought matter to his attention-the lack ofcustomer service , he made not effort to extend customer service by offering to remake , he stated " IT WAS NOT HIS JOB" to correct the situation. SOMEHOW THIS YOUNG MAN HAS NOT BEEN TRAINED IN THE DELIVERY OF Customer SERVICE . I SPEND ON A AVERAGE $ 100+ A MONTH WITH THIS ROUND TABLE. YES , I EXPECTED more customer service and a better pizza. Be ware !!!!!!!!!
After getting an order canceled at a local pizza place, we ordered online with Round Table. They called within 10 minutes to go over my order. When we arrived at the restaurant, they did great in making sure our order was ready to go!
Please bring back the salad bar! I and thousands of other people enjoyed that salad bar! At least the pizza is still good
What happened to this place? For years, I've ordered here at least once a month – something has seriously changed. A few months back I noticed a significant decline in the quality/care of food and service. Ordered items have been missed, and recently a really weird smell with the food, like something was old or just "not right". I won't come back here.. I asked the manager for a refund for the smelly food and he told me to leave LOL. The manager with the long, greasy hair. What a joke...save your time & money and go somewhere else.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The pizza is cooked to perfection! I usually pick in in 25 min! Great place.
I never thought it would 10 minutes to order on the phone. I'm just trying to order pizza, not have a conversation. Tried to order thru website, but claimed it delivered in the area. But it's within the 5 mile radius of delivery. Person who was gonna take my order kept putting me on hold and trying to set up an account or something. Ugh!! I'll just stick to ordering from round table on grand.

Order arrived 15 minutes early during the lunch rush hour, hot and fresh. Quality and taste of food is always consistently delicious at this restaurant. Definitely my goto spot whenever I’m craving pizza!
The food is always consistent, delicious and quick service! I always prefer coming to this branch as it has easier access to parking and its a nice little spot off to the side. Customer service is always great and I found out they had carside service. Great option when you don’t want to drag your kid inside to pick up food. Will always come back here for our wombo combo cravings and those addicting garlic twists!
I’ve been a fan of Roundtable since I was a kid in Alaska and was so happy to see one in my new neighborhood. It didn’t disappoint and was super delicious, they made it extra crispy as I requested too!
